COMPANION COTTAGE services are structured as a social rather than a medical module. It is our mission to help strengthen the bridge between a family's work life and home life.
Studies have shown a definite benefit when the dependent loved one looks forward to a fun place to visit with new friends during the day while the family is at work.
Often respite is needed for all and the change of scene for a parent living with adult children provides the opportunity to share talk of activities they enjoyed during the day.
OUR MISSION
COMPANION COTTAGE offers families in our community an affordable alternative to assisted living facilities or costly hourly in-home daycare by providing a "home away from home" where their loved one will find meaningful companionship and choices of social activities in a safe and welcoming home-like setting.
